Prytaneion Guesthouse

Ideally located on the main Parnon mountain, Prytaneion Guesthouse is built on the border between Laconia and Arcadia, “stealing” from the beauty of both areas.

Located at an altitude of 1100m, in an area full of firs and black pine, with many sources. The most appropriate choice if you seek relaxation and tranquility. The position of advantage: It is 230 km from Athens (about 3 hours), 40 km from Mistras and 35km from Sparta.

Prytaneion Guesthouse consists of three stone buildings that provide 11 lofts can accommodate a total of 38 people, fully harmonized with the environment, since our goal from the beginning was the least possible interference with the natural landscape.

The “heart” of the hostel, an apotheosis of elegant austerity: Handmade fireplace, unique lighting, earthy colors, a bar for relaxation and quality choices!

The picturesque village of Tsintzina, known also as Polydroso Laconia, in one of the most beautiful amongst the villages in Peloponnese, build in the heart of Mt. Parnon in an evergreen environment. Visitors can take a walk through the village and admire the distinctive architecture of the traditional houses, byzantine churches, and streams of current water that flow from the 9 springs of the village.

Tsintzina can become an ideal resort, away from whatever can distract the peace you may look for, and also can be the starting point for your explorations in the evergreen Mt. Parnon.

Visitors can take a walk through the village and admire the distinctive architecture of the traditional houses, byzantine churches, and streams of current water that flow from the 9 springs of the village.
