Douka Sea Front Residencies, covers an area of 25 acres next to Pori beach. Since 1965 the area was planted with trees to form hitherto benchmark .The 1970 started planting of palm trees, bougainvillea and many other plants which contributed to the formation of the nature image of the surrounding.

In 1978 started the construction principle of a house and a little later began the construction of the whole complex of our recently renovated apartments.

Douka Sea Front Residencies in Monemvasia, has 25 apartments and rooms of various types for all needs and preferences of all kind of travelers.

The property is ideal for family holidays as it offers safety for the children and a playground for the amusement of our little guests as also leisure and serenity for an unforgettable holiday for the parents.
